BOOKING AGREEMENT
Thank you for choosing The Tenth for your postpartum recovery journey.
1) Introduction
This is our Booking Agreement with you, and it is therefore important that you read it fully and understand the contents.
2) Information required for a Reservation request initiated during your pregnancy:
Your expected date of delivery: _____xxxxx_______
Expected Start Date for the At-Home Program: ______xxxxx______
Please fill in our Client Questionnaire sent to you at least 2 weeks prior to your Start Date which will provide us with a full summary of your pregnancy to date and your expectations for the postpartum recovery, so that we may discuss suitable services and postpartum recovery program, with you.
If you need to reschedule the start date of your At-Home experience due to a change in your delivery date, we kindly require a minimum of 2 business days’ notice. Changes made with less than 2 business days’ notice will incur a £550 rescheduling fee.
3) On the day of Start Date for your postpartum At-Home Program:
You will have a session with The Tenth Team who will help with getting started and address any questions you may have
You will be introduced to the team that will be providing you with the Services and walk through an indicative schedule of your Services for the duration of your At-Home Program. These can change subject to availability, circumstance and force majeure
Please notify us of any immediate postnatal care needs that we are not aware of or anything else that may require us to modify your postpartum recovery care which has arisen directly as a consequence of your delivery
4) Services during your At-Home Program
Our specialists will observe you and your baby daily and maintain a written log of any concerns or observations that may be considered out of the ordinary.
They will provide guidance regarding feeding options and support on any other matters where you may seek advice.
Support will be provided to assist you in transitioning to your new family circumstances during this significant period.
Emotional support and guidance will be available, including a birth debrief and the opportunity to discuss your experience.
Where deemed necessary, our team may involve other appropriate healthcare professionals. Any such referrals will be discussed with you in advance.
You will be visited by our team of specialists as per your schedule of services, which may include (but is not limited to) doulas, physiotherapists, reflexologists, lactation consultants, and mental health practitioners, for the duration of your At-Home Program.

You will receive 1-2 in-person deliveries (depending on the length of your program) containing your curated box of postpartum essentials and your postpartum meal plan for the duration of your program.
You will be entitled to all other services listed on our website as included in your selected package.
Please note: All services listed above are provided exclusively to the mother. Any additional guest accompanying you is not entitled to these services. Meals, treatments, or services for the additional guest must be booked through The Tenth and paid for separately.
5) Fees and Payment
The fee for your At-Home Program is as set out in the itemised invoice and inclusive of 20% VAT, for the Services set out in paragraph 4
50% of the fee (the Deposit) for your At-Home Program should be paid within 7 days of receipt of invoice and not less than 30 days prior to your Check in date. If the Deposit is not paid in time, we cannot accept or honour the reservation
The remaining balance is to be paid 1 month prior to Start Date (see attached invoice)
Payment for the Services should be made in accordance with the payment instructions set out in the attached invoice, generated for The Tenth Care Ltd
If you expect any delay with making your payments, please let us know at your earliest convenience, otherwise your At-Home Program reservation may be cancelled
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline our services if you have intentionally withheld information that is relevant to your care; or if you have intentionally provided incorrect information; or if you are considered to be inappropriate for our service
Please note, that your care is provided by specialist health professional(s), which requires us to share information we gather from you, enabling them to provide you with care that is safe, appropriate and in line with best practice
Any costs or fees, for treatments, services, facilities incurred by you during your program will be billed separately as they are not included in the fee for the At-Home Program. Only items set out in the attached invoice are included in the fee and the At-Home Program. You undertake to settle all costs incurred independently of the Fee, and confirm that you will reimburse The Tenth for any costs We are required to settle on your behalf.
You will receive an emailed copy of your After-Care Notes following completion of the program.
