THE TENTH CIRCLES

Terms & Conditions and Non-Disclosure Agreement 

These are the Terms and Conditions for “Tenth Circles”, a curated membership for mothers at similar stages of motherhood, which extends The Tenth Method into everyday life.

THE TENTH is the trading name for “Tenth Circles” which is registered at the address 52 Ravenscroft Ave, London NW11 8AU (“CLIENT”; “we”; “us”; or “our”). 

  1. What Stays in Tenth Circles

You agree that all information shared within our Tenth Circles community is confidential and must not be shared outside the group. This includes:

  • Personal stories, experiences, and challenges shared by other mothers

  • Photos, videos, or other media posted in the community

  • Private details about other members or their children (names, locations, phone numbers, personal circumstances)

  • Screenshots of conversations or individual messages

  • Any sensitive or personal information discussed in group chats

2. Prohibited Actions

You explicitly agree that you will not:

  • Take screenshots of conversations and share them outside of your Circle without explicit consent from all individuals featured

  • Share, forward, or repeat information from your Circle in other groups, social media, or with non-members

  • Discuss other members’ personal information or stories outside of your Circle

  • Use information learned in the community for commercial purposes or personal gain

  • Identify or “out” other members in public forums or to mutual acquaintances without their permission

3. Exceptions

You may share information outside the community only when:

  • You have received explicit written permission from the specific member(s) involved

  • You are required to disclose information by law or to protect someone’s immediate safety

  • The information is about your own personal experience (not involving other members’ details)

4. Your Responsibility

You agree to show up with a curious and open mindset, and actively contribute in a thoughtful way within your Circle. 

You understand that:

  • Once you share information in your Circle, other members will see it

  • You should only share what you’re comfortable with others knowing

  • The Tenth cannot control what individual members do with information, but we take violations seriously and have escalation procedures in place

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality even after leaving the community

5. Mutual Respect

This community is built on mutual respect and trust. We ask you to treat others as you would want to be treated, keeping their stories and challenges private and sacred.

6. Child Safety

While we encourage you to share your experiences about motherhood, you:

  • Agree to never disclose identifying information about other members’ children without explicit consent

  • Understand that child safety concerns may need to be reported to appropriate authorities

7. Member Safety & Wellbeing

  • Participation in this community is voluntary and at your own discretion. You acknowledge and agree that you remain solely responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and any decisions or actions you take. The organisers, administrators, and members of this community accept no responsibility or liability for reliance placed on any content shared within the group.

  • If you are experiencing significant mental or physical health difficulties, including thoughts of self-harm, or are in distress or crisis, you must seek appropriate professional support immediately. In the UK, this may include contacting your GP, NHS 111, your local NHS mental health services, or emergency services by calling 999.

  • You understand and agree that we may intervene if we become aware of content suggesting you or another member may be at risk of harm (including self-harm, suicide, severe mental health crisis, domestic abuse, or child safety concerns).

  • Confidentiality has limits when safety is at risk. We reserve the right to:

    1. Contact you directly to check on your wellbeing

    2. Contact emergency services (999) if we believe someone is in imminent danger

    3. Report safeguarding concerns to appropriate authorities when legally required

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Tenth acts exclusively as a provider and facilitator of the WhatsApp Tenth Circles community and does not assume responsibility for any medical advice or information shared by its practitioners. 

  • We assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by practitioners or other users. 

  • Any medical advice, recommendations, diagnoses, or treatment suggestions provided through Tenth Circles are offered solely by individual practitioners who participate in the community. 

  • Practitioners participating in Tenth Circles maintain their own professional liability and are responsible for their own licensing, insurance and regulatory requirements. 

  • We bear no responsibility for any outcomes, damages, or consequences arising from reliance on information obtained through Tenth Circles. 

  • This community is not equipped to assess, manage, or respond to safeguarding concerns involving adults or children. If you have concerns about the safety or welfare of a child or vulnerable adult, you are responsible for contacting the appropriate authorities or professionals without delay, including your GP, health visitor, midwife, local authority children’s services, or the police where there is an immediate risk of harm.

9. Consequences of Breach

Violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in:

  • Immediate removal from Tenth Circles

  • Potential legal action if the breach causes harm or distress

  • Reporting to relevant authorities if the breach involves child safety concerns

Notwithstanding the above, The Tenth reserves the right to remove any participants from Tenth Circles and contact participants privately at any time at its sole discretion whether or not the Terms and Conditions have been violated.
