The Mother's Healing Ritual is a 90-minute, fully personalised postpartum treatment, in-home and tailored entirely to how you're doing that day, physically, mentally and emotionally.
Your practitioner begins with a consultation to understand what your body and mind need right now. From there, she builds your session: always centred on massage, and drawing where helpful on breathwork, meditation or somatic movement to support deeper release and recovery.
Where appropriate, the session closes with traditional belly binding: for vaginal births, this can be included straight away; for caesarean births, binding is only introduced once you're six weeks post-surgery, in line with safe healing.
This session is completely unique to your needs and a response to what your body is asking for in this stage of your postpartum journey, a moment built entirely around you.
Available within London Zones 1 and 2. An additional travel fee may be required for visits outside of Zone 2.
A three-day meal delivery programme designed by The Tenth's own Postpartum Chef and trained doula, whose understanding of the maternal body shapes every dish, to support physical healing, energy restoration and gentle hormonal recovery during early postpartum.
Rooted in Ayurvedic principles and slow, considered cooking, meals are prepared with collagen-rich bone broth, quality proteins, healthy fats and seasonal produce: nothing frozen, everything fresh. We use only high-quality ingredients, and every menu is tailored not just to dietary requirements but to individual likes and dislikes, so each meal feels made for you.
Meals are delivered ready to eat, reducing decision-making and allowing mothers to prioritise rest.
