What’s Included
Postpartum Foundations
Led by The Tenth Physiotherapist. Your pelvic floor has been through something significant. This session assesses where you are in your physical recovery and gives you a clear, practical plan covering pelvic floor rehabilitation, healing after birth, and the foundations for rebuilding strength safely. You leave knowing exactly what your body needs, and what to avoid.
The First Feed
Led by The Tenth IBCLC Lactation Consultant. Feeding is one of the most common sources of anxiety in the early postpartum weeks and one of the areas most mothers wish they'd had more support with. This 90-minute session addresses latch, milk supply, positioning, and the specific challenges you're navigating, so you can feel confident in the feed rather than uncertain between them.
Emotional Resilience
Led by The Tenth Therapist. The early postpartum period asks a great deal of you physically and emotionally. This session creates space to process your birth experience, explore how your identity is shifting, and navigate the emotional complexity of new motherhood with a specialist who understands this transition. You don't need to have a 'problem' to benefit from this session. You just need to have had a baby.
Nourishment & Recovery
Led by The Tenth Nutritionist. What you eat in the postpartum period directly affects how quickly you recover, how well you sleep, and how much energy you have for your baby. This session provides a personalised nutritional plan for your stage of recovery covering what your body needs now, what to prioritise if you're breastfeeding, and how to nourish yourself when time and energy are limited.
